What do I need to purchase to qualify for the free Deskmat or Felt Sleeve in the Decade Deal promotion?

To qualify for the free Deskmat or Felt Sleeve in the Decade Deal promotion, you must purchase ANY (1) writing device. This may be a base model or a special edition device.

How is the free item determined in the Decade Deal offer?

The free Felt Sleeve or Deskmat in the Decade Deal offer will be applied to the lowest cost item. Customers may order both products, but because the Felt Sleeve costs less than the Deskmats, the Felt Sleeve would be the free item included.

This is default store behavior and cannot be changed.

Can existing Freewrite Plus subscribers use the 12-month gift?

The Freewrite Plus (FW+) 12-month gift is offered as an extended free trial to new subscribers and will not work if you are already a paying FW+ subscriber.

The gift does not prolong customers' existing FW+ service. We will not offer discounts or refunds of past, current, or future FW+ payments.

If you are not a current FW+ subscriber, the 12-month gift will work whether or not you have already used your 14-day trial.

What is your holiday return policy?

For orders placed between Nov. 1 - Dec. 24, 2024 the return deadline will be extended to Jan. 31, 2025.

For orders placed between Nov. 1 - Dec. 24, 2024 warranties start on Dec. 25, 2024 instead of from the date of shipment.

For orders placed between Nov. 1 - Dec. 24, 2024 the option to purchase an extended warranty will be extended for an additional 14 days, to Jan. 7, 2025.

What is the refund policy for the Decade Deal promotion?

If a customer wishes to return their Freewrite device purchased during the Decade Deal promotion and receive a full refund, they must return all of the physical items that were included in the original order. The sticker sheet is exempted.

This means that if the order included a free Deskmat or Felt Sleeve, these items must also be returned along with the writing device.

If any of the products are not returned with the device, the value of those unreturned items will be deducted from the refund amount.

How many times may the Decade Deals discount code be used per order?

The Decade Deals discount code may only be used once per order.

However, a customer may place multiple orders, each using the DECADEDEALS discount code, to receive gift benefits for each writing device purchased.

Does the Decade Deals promotion apply to orders purchased on Amazon?

No, the Decade Deals promotion does not apply to orders purchased on Amazon. The promotion is only valid for orders placed directly through GetFreewrite.com
