Search for your order status by entering your order number or tracking number. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent at time of purchase and will be in the format "AH-12345". If you cannot find your order information, please email email@example.com and a member of our team will help.
Once you place your order we process, pick, and ship it all in-house. This takes 1-2 business days.
We then hand it off to the carrier, and that's when you’ll get a notification with your tracking number. The carrier takes care of the rest!
We typically ship using UPS. Accessories and orders to PO boxes will use USPS.
You can add items to your order before we process it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make any changes.
Once your order ships, we cannot make changes to the contents of the order.
You can change your shipping address before your order ships for no additional charge. Please email the changes to email@example.com and we will process the request.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order ships, there is a $25 processing fee. Please note that address changes during this time may also result in shipping delays.

Once you place an order we process it and send the information to our European fulfillment partner, Amazon.
They will pick, pack, and ship your order from their fulfillment center in Germany or the UK, depending on destination. Since the goods are shipping from within the EU or UK, they will not need to go through customs again before delivering to you. Note, that shipments often arrive with Amazon branded tape on them.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Astrohaus is registered to collect VAT in the UK and Germany just like a local business. If your order is shipping to an EU or UK destination, 20% VAT will be collected at the time of purchase.
This covers all duties and tax obligations. You will not be responsible for any additional charges.
We process and pack all international orders (other than to EU and UK destinations) on-site in the United States. Once completed, we hand your shipment off to the carrier, and you’ll get a notification with your tracking number.
The carrier will contact you to clear the order through customs using the email and phone number you provided. You are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the shipment.

You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and VAT. Astrohaus will not collect nor cover them.
