Note: This return policy applies to new devices and accessories purchased directly on only and and does not apply to purchases made on Amazon or 3rd party websites or pledges made through crowdfunding services (Indiegogo, Kickstarter).

Return policy

Our top priority is your satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have the flexibility to return or exchange your purchase within a 30-day window from the date of delivery.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This list may be amended from time to time.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back anywhere other than Astrohaus' designated return address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Astrohaus' error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to process.

Refunds of Duties and Taxes for any orders shipped outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the Customer. We are unable to provide refunds for foreign duties, taxes, or fees.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
* Check your bank account again.
* Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
* Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged according to each item's Warranty policy. The Warranty does not apply to (a) damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, (b) normal wear and tear, (c) defects caused by alterations, modifications, unauthorized repair or servicing, (d) damage caused by handling, operating, storing, and using the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the usage instructions, including but not limited to use in wet conditions, and (e) defects not reproducible by Astrohaus. If a product is returned to Astrohaus and the Warranty had been voided due to alterations, modifications, or misuse, the customer is responsible for any damages, repairs, and shipping expenses.


All products made by Astrohaus are warrantied to be free of defects in parts, materials, and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of shipment except when otherwise specified.  To file a warranty claim, please complete this form: Warranty Claim Form

Manufacturers Warranty, including extended manufacturers warranty, are non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser of the product or extended warranty. Extended manufacturer’s warranties are only valid if purchased within 14 days of original item purchase date.

For all products NOT made by Astrohaus, the original manufacturers warranty applies unless otherwise specified.

Holiday Policies

For orders placed between and Nov. 1 - Dec. 24, the return deadline will be extended to Jan. 31 of the following year.

For orders placed between Nov. 1 - Dec. 24, warranties start on Dec. 25 instead of 90 days from date of shipment.


For orders placed between Nov. 1 - Dec. 24, the option to purchase an extended warranty will be extended for an additional 14 days, to Jan. 7 of the following year.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you must use a shipping service that provides tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for goods not received or damaged in transit.

If an order has shipped, and delivery is refused or customs charges are not paid and the order is returned, there will be a $90 deduction from the refund in order to cover the shipping costs and fees necessary for the order to be returned.
