Units are packaged in original Freewrite boxes, which may have wear and tear. Devices are guaranteed to be fully functioning.

All sales are final and non-returnable. Refurbished units are not eligible for extended warranties

Good - device may have small imperfections on the body and/or light staining on the rubber bottom.

Awesome tool

I bought it mainly for journals and jotting down ideas. It turns out it really helped to get ideas following. I can't believe I have written more than 10k words in 7 days. Much more than I have anticipated. Then I also found other use cases like preparing presentation scripts and I am planning to bring it to upcoming conference for note taking.
Anyway, an awesome tool! Really enjoyed using it. Much better than a laptop.

Everything I hoped for and more

I am seriously impressed with this device. I saw complaints about the screen being laggy and was kinda worried but its really not that bad. I own a Light Phone II and those ink screens are laggy so I'm used to true lagginess. The keyboard is phenomenal as well. Other than the price seriously a 10/10 product.

Absolutely perfect

for my needs. I was skeptical if this was just a pricey novelty. but the sale on the refurbished model finally pushed me into making the plunge, and I'm so happy I did. It's so nice to just sit down and WRITE, knowing I can worry about the edit process once I upload the document into my editing software later.

I also highly recommend Freewrite Plus. For such a nominal fee, it's more than worth the price to control where you can send your document rather than just the registered email.
