This out of warranty diagnostic was awful. I sent it in for them to fix and was told they could not fix it. That they didn’t even know what the issue was to fix it. As a result, I lost my Freewrite and never saw it again.

It’s working
They did manage to fix the fallen key back on, but the shift key still isn’t quite right. It’s annoying but overall I’m just grateful to have the device back and working.

Excellent service
I had not charged my freewrite for a year and the battery was fried. I had great communication with Freewrite and was able to send it ou to them and get a new battery. They also cleaned it up nicely! Very happy!
