Love it and love the concept

I think this is a fantastic tool and I'm already writing more as a direct result of using it. Physically, because of the plasticky body and loud keyboard, it feels a little like a toy, and I would have hoped for something more legit or substantial for the price, but in the end this was a gift I got for myself knowing/hoping the splurge would be worth it. Assuming the product lasts a long time without needing to be replaced, I'm sure I will continue to be very glad I got it.

Alpha Lunar comes loaded with 1.20.10 (as in ten) and is our most recent firmware, as of Dec 8, 2024.

Will you make more of these products?

No, the Alpha Speckled White with Backlight is a one-time, limited release that came about through a serendipitous factory component discovery. Once these units are sold out, we won't be producing any more white Alphas.

What about warranty and replacement?

Lunar comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Given the limited nature of this product, the classic black color may be substituted on any possible future warranty or replacement.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes, due to the limited nature of the product, there is a 15% restocking fee for returns.
