Great pen, poor service

I already knew I liked the Mark One pen. But when I ordered an orange one on the Freewrite store, there was no indication that it was out of stock. I waited and waited for it to arrive. I emailed the customer service department, and I heard nothing back. I missed my nephew's birthday. I emailed again, and I was told that the pen was on backorder. I asked if I could cancel my order, and I was told no. I asked if I could change the color of the pen, and I was told no. I kept waiting, and eventually, the pen arrived. I offered it to a friend, and she loves it. So the pen is great, but Freewrite's customer service and website accuracy about what's in stock and what's on backorder is poor.
